About the role
Q2 provides digital banking and lending solutions, including its cloud-based Cloud Lending platform. You will provide production support to customers, resolve technical incidents, and partner with product and development teams to improve the platform.
What you'll do
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Cloud Lending customers
- Resolve customer incidents and identify root causes
- Help customers adopt and use the Cloud Lending product suite
- Manage product feedback and change requests with Product and Development
- Collaborate on quality and customer issues through product releases
- Provide on-call coverage for escalated issues
