About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific develops solutions for scientific, healthcare and environmental challenges. You will support B2B/EDI transactions and order-to-cash systems, investigate failures, coordinate resolutions and improve operational reliability.

What you'll do

Monitor and triage B2B transaction failures and interface exceptions
Investigate E1 order processing, ASN and invoice issues
Analyse transaction flows to identify integration root causes
Coordinate incident resolution with internal technology and business teams
Support B2B implementations, migrations, cutovers and hypercare
Maintain runbooks and track recurring defects and operational trends
