About the role
PhonePe provides digital payments, financial services and insurance distribution platforms. You will manage escalated health insurance claims, coordinate with insurers and support customers through timely claim resolution.
What you'll do
- Manage escalated cashless and reimbursement claims end to end
- Verify policy coverage, eligibility and medical records
- Coordinate with insurers and TPAs to resolve claims
- Guide customers on claim concerns and reconsideration documents
- Track insurer performance and claims cycle times
