NTT Global Data Centers provides data center services and infrastructure for businesses across multiple countries. The Client Success Manager develops client relationships, resolves escalations, drives service adoption and renewals, and identifies expansion opportunities.

• Develop trusted relationships with client representatives
• Resolve escalated client issues with internal teams
• Drive adoption of services and demonstrate client value
• Identify and close upsell opportunities and facilitate cross-sell
• Manage contract renewals and minimize client and revenue churn
• Maintain client portfolio data and share client success practices
