About the role
Autodesk develops software that helps innovators design and make products, buildings, factories, and media. You will manage APAC subsidiary governance, corporate records, filings, transactions, and process improvements.
What you'll do
- Maintain statutory registers, minute books, and subsidiary legal entity records
- Coordinate board approvals, shareholder resolutions, and annual general meetings
- Support entity formations, liquidations, restructurings, and corporate reorganizations
- Coordinate annual compliance filings across APAC jurisdictions
- Develop templates and tracking tools to standardize governance processes
