About the role
Merkle Science provides blockchain transaction monitoring and intelligence solutions to help organizations detect and prevent illicit cryptocurrency use. The Customer Success Manager will manage customer relationships, coordinate solution delivery, monitor product usage and drive account growth.
What you'll do
- Build long-term relationships as the primary customer contact
- Advocate for customer requirements with the product team
- Ensure solutions are delivered according to customer needs
- Monitor product usage and forecast key account metrics
- Work with sales to onboard and integrate new clients
- Drive upsells within the existing customer base
