What you'll do
- Analyze requirements to ensure ServiceNow solutions meet functional and operational expectations
- Develop end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules
- Prepare technical requirements, system diagrams and flowcharts
- Translate requirements into system design documentation
- Conduct proof-of-concept activities to validate solution feasibility
