About the role
First Citizens is a financial institution whose Enterprise Valuation Analysis function supports credit decisions, risk management, and portfolio oversight. The director will lead valuation professionals in India and provide leadership for aligned Credit Administration teams.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop the Enterprise Valuation Analysis team in India
- Review complex valuation analyses, financial models, assumptions, and conclusions
- Advance valuation methodologies, governance frameworks, and quality standards
- Direct Credit Administration teams and strengthen governance and operational controls
- Develop talent through coaching, succession planning, and capability development
- Ensure valuation analyses and reports are delivered accurately and on time
