About the role
NTT DATA provides technology and business services, including enterprise data, cloud, AI, and consulting. This director will lead global people reporting and data governance, building governed metrics and self-serve reporting while managing a distributed team.
What you'll do
- Own global people metrics and executive reporting
- Rationalize legacy reports and establish self-serve reporting
- Establish data governance, stewardship, and quality programmes
- Reconcile workforce data with Finance and resolve discrepancies
- Define standards for people data models and semantic layers
- Lead and develop a distributed team across regions
