About the role
NTT DATA provides technology, consulting, and digital infrastructure services to organizations around the world. The Employee Listening Lead will manage global survey programs, analyze employee feedback, and help leaders turn findings into action.
What you'll do
- Own the global employee listening calendar and survey portfolio
- Design and maintain survey instruments, sampling, and cross-cultural administration
- Analyze survey results, comments, and links to business outcomes
- Present findings and defend methods with senior leaders
- Guide manager action planning and track its impact
- Quality-assure Qualtrics configuration, governance, and anonymity safeguards
