Experience Delivery Lead

Unisys provides IT services and service integration for clients and strategic partners. This role coordinates service delivery, vendor performance, service-level reporting and continuous improvement across support teams.

• Coordinate day-to-day SIAM processes across Unisys and vendor teams
• Monitor tickets and track service-level targets and obligations
• Review vendor performance and escalate process-related issues
• Analyze and report service compliance and operational trends
• Lead service improvement initiatives and audit process compliance
• Maintain service procedures, account profiles and delivery documentation
