About the role
Agilent provides scientific instruments and related services to customers. This engineer installs, maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots HPLC, GC, and GPC instruments at customer sites.
What you'll do
- Install and configure hardware, software, and networking products at customer sites
- Diagnose product performance problems and perform maintenance and repairs
- Advise customers on preventive maintenance and equipment configurations
- Respond to potential equipment or software issues to prevent service interruptions
- Escalate technical issues and collaborate with internal teams on customer solutions
- Calibrate equipment and deliver technical training when needed
