About the role
Agilent delivers laboratory informatics solutions, including SLIMS and OpenLab, to customers. You will consult on requirements, configure and implement solutions, support customers, and contribute to presales and project delivery.
What you'll do
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions
- Demonstrate solutions and support presales discussions
- Configure SLIMS workflows and build integration plugins
- Deliver OpenLab and SLIMS implementations and manage project delivery
- Train customers and provide troubleshooting for escalations
- Relay customer feedback to product and support teams
