About the role
Agilent provides scientific instruments and related systems to customers. The Field Service Engineer installs, maintains, repairs and calibrates equipment at customer sites, and resolves technical issues.
What you'll do
- Install and configure hardware, software and network products at customer sites
- Diagnose product performance problems and resolve technical issues
- Maintain, repair and calibrate customer equipment
- Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations
- Respond proactively to potential equipment or software issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
