About the role
PlatinumRx makes chronic medications more affordable through generic substitution. The intern will support recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement.
What you'll do
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers
- Source candidates and support bulk-hiring drives
- Maintain job postings and candidate records in Keka
- Coordinate onboarding documentation, welcome communications, and Day 1 logistics
- Track attendance, leave, and employee records
- Support engagement activities, employer branding, and reporting
