• Call and qualify leads, following up through the CRM
• Explain card benefits and help prospects complete applications
• Guide users through card activation and payment setup
• Encourage users to make their first purchase
• Maintain CRM records and submit conversion reports
• Follow communication standards and participate in quality audits
