About the role
Glean provides an enterprise Work AI platform for search, assistants, and AI agents. The IT Leader will manage IT engineers and systems while improving secure, reliable IT operations through hands-on support, automation, and AI.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop IT engineers and contractors
- Own Okta, Google Workspace, endpoint, and infrastructure platforms
- Build AI and automation workflows for IT operations
- Resolve complex escalations and lead incident root-cause analysis
- Manage IT projects, vendors, and ITIL processes
- Track operational metrics and support audit readiness
