About the role
MISUMI Americas provides configurable and custom manufacturing solutions through a digital manufacturing platform. The IT Operations Engineer will manage employee technology, networks, SaaS access, security controls, and IT deployments.
What you'll do
- Integrate and maintain SaaS platforms with Microsoft Entra
- Automate security alerting, monitoring, and reporting workflows
- Deploy VPN certificates, network services, and facility access controls
- Design and manage SIEM solutions for threat detection
- Maintain hardware inventory and provisioning records
- Enforce security policies supporting SOC 2 compliance
