About the role
Zscaler provides a cloud security platform that protects customers from cyberattacks and data loss. You will develop and operate Jira extensions and integrations while supporting the platform's migration from Data Center to Cloud.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain custom Jira apps, plugins, and scripted extensions
- Integrate Jira with Confluence, ServiceNow, Slack, CI/CD, and SSO
- Configure workflows, permissions, automation rules, and reporting
- Support Jira Data Center to Cloud migration and validation
- Upgrade, tune, and troubleshoot the Jira platform
