Manager – Payroll & Compliance

Scimplify provides research, custom synthesis, manufacturing, and delivery services for specialty chemicals. The Payroll Manager will run payroll and statutory compliance, manage reconciliations and audits, and oversee payroll reporting and systems.

• Manage monthly payroll processing for 400+ employees
• Validate payroll inputs and process employee changes and deductions
• Ensure statutory compliance, payroll taxation, and Form 16 processes
• Reconcile payroll records with HRMS, bank, and Finance data
• Manage payroll audits, MIS reporting, and employee payroll queries
• Improve payroll controls, processes, and system configuration
