Manager, Renewals

Rubrik provides cybersecurity, data protection, and cyber resilience products for businesses. The Renewals Manager will lead a team, oversee renewal strategy and forecasting, and help achieve renewal targets across the Americas.

• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop renewals team members
• Manage the 180-day renewal process and maximize contract value
• Establish forecasting cadence and report accurate renewal forecasts
• Lead the team to meet bookings, GRR, and NRR targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop renewal playbooks
• Join customer meetings and resolve escalated renewal issues
