Principal Escalation Engineer (Next Generation Firewall / Cloud Security)

Palo Alto Networks develops cybersecurity solutions, including next-generation firewalls and cloud security. You will lead technical escalations, resolve critical customer issues, and work with engineering teams to improve products and escalation processes.

• Lead war rooms and resolve critical customer incidents
• Triage escalations through diagnostics, log tracing, and root cause analysis
• Coordinate customer issues with support, account, and engineering teams
• Develop customer get-well plans and communicate issue status
• Debug network security issues and validate permanent fixes
• Mentor junior engineers and improve escalation processes
