About the role
First Citizens India provides technology, operations, finance, and risk capabilities for First Citizens Bank, including identity and access management services. This individual contributor will lead IAM quality engineering strategy, automation, security validation, and testing governance across enterprise platforms.
What you'll do
- Define IAM quality engineering and test automation strategy
- Establish testing standards, frameworks, governance, and quality gates
- Lead testing across IAM platforms, APIs, integrations, and workflows
- Build automated test frameworks and integrate testing into CI/CD
- Set security, performance, and resilience testing approaches
- Mentor engineers and report quality metrics and risk indicators
