About the role
RTX provides aerospace and defense systems and services for commercial, military, and government customers. This role manages real estate and services contracts through drafting, review, negotiation, execution, renewals, and tracking.
What you'll do
- Review and redline contracts, amendments, order forms, and NDAs
- Coordinate with Legal and stakeholders to complete the OneTrust process
- Manage contracts through negotiation, execution, and renewal
- Maintain contract records in tracking and management systems
- Manage DocuSign workflows and track contract completion
- Coordinate purchase order creation and monitor progress
