About the role
First Citizens India supports financial services operations, technology, risk, and data capabilities for First Citizens BancShares. The Product Owner will shape the MDM roadmap, prioritize delivery, and drive trusted customer, relationship, and reference data capabilities.
What you'll do
- Own the MDM product roadmap and align it with enterprise data strategy
- Prioritize the MDM backlog and define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Define requirements for master data models, matching, survivorship, and stewardship workflows
- Establish data quality rules, standards, and performance metrics
- Coordinate agile delivery, testing, business acceptance, and production releases
