About the role
Paytm provides mobile payments and financial services, and its Central Data and AI Product team builds analytical products and datasets for company-wide decisions. This person will lead a product team and guide data products from discovery through delivery, adoption, and iteration.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team of product managers and analysts
- Drive data product development from discovery through adoption
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Partner with business, growth, risk, data science, and engineering teams
- Guide technical design, sprint planning, and prioritisation
- Manage senior stakeholders and communicate product trade-offs
