• Define the product roadmap for merchant lending risk
• Build rule engines, decision engines and model orchestration layers
• Implement audit-ready decision logs and explainability layers
• Build policy versioning and experimentation infrastructure
• Lead credit risk analysts across underwriting, risk, fraud and monitoring
