About the role
Paytm provides digital payment and financial services to consumers and merchants in India. The regional HR Business Partner will support business leaders, manage employee lifecycle processes and regional HR operations, and implement HR strategy.
What you'll do
- Maintain accurate employee master data through the employee lifecycle
- Ensure regional policy adherence and legal compliance
- Track employee leave, attendance, attrition, and escalations
- Handle employee grievances and first-level escalations
- Support audits and investigations with required data
- Facilitate regional engagement initiatives and town halls
