About the role
Paytm Payments Services provides online payment gateway solutions for merchants and enterprises. This role generates and qualifies enterprise leads, supports merchant onboarding and integration, and coordinates sales operations and issue resolution.
What you'll do
- Generate and qualify enterprise leads through cold calling and prospecting
- Build and maintain the enterprise sales pipeline and follow-ups
- Coordinate merchant onboarding and integration with internal teams
- Resolve merchant queries, issues, and grievances
- Use AI tools to improve prospecting, research, reporting, and operations
