About the role
Paytm Payments Services provides online payment gateway solutions for merchants and enterprises. This person will recommend solutions, present them to prospective merchants, and support technical evaluation and onboarding.
What you'll do
- Understand merchant requirements during customer engagements
- Demonstrate products and present payment solutions to enterprise merchants
- Recommend payment gateway and value-added solutions
- Coordinate solution feasibility with product, technology, integration, risk and operations teams
- Prepare proposals, solution documents and commercial responses
- Support merchants through technical evaluation and onboarding
