About the role
Cigna Healthcare guides customers through the healthcare system and supports informed health decisions. The Release Train Engineer coordinates Agile Release Train planning and delivery, manages dependencies and risks, and coaches teams and leaders on Lean-Agile practices.
What you'll do
- Aggregate team objectives into program objectives
- Prepare backlogs and facilitate Program Increment planning
- Manage value flow and support feature completion
- Drive continuous improvement and manage risks and dependencies
- Coach leaders, teams and Scrum Masters on Lean-Agile practices
- Coordinate release train syncs, demos and delivery status
