About the role
Ethos provides a technology platform for consumers, agents, and carriers to access and distribute life insurance. You will build and operate data platform infrastructure, workflows, libraries, and applications for teams across the company.
What you'll do
- Build and operate internal data platforms and distributed workflow systems
- Maintain shared Python libraries and Airflow frameworks
- Develop platform applications for ingestion and transformation jobs
- Administer Snowflake and govern data platform costs
- Deploy, monitor, and operate production services and ML models
- Support analytics engineering with orchestration, CI/CD, and testing capabilities
