What you'll do

Monitor EnterpriseOne performance, architecture and reliability
Configure security, users, environments, pathcodes and instances
Install, upgrade and deploy EnterpriseOne components and updates
Provide global Level 2/3 support and troubleshoot incidents
Build automation, API integrations and agentic AI workflows
Maintain disaster recovery procedures and perform root cause analysis
