About the role
Scimplify sources and manufactures specialty chemicals, supporting customers from research and development through global supply. This role manages invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, reconciliations, and finance reporting.
What you'll do
- Manage the order-to-remittance lifecycle through payment realization
- Generate customer invoices and ensure timely billing
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers, invoices, and payments
- Monitor overdue balances and follow up on collections
- Prepare ageing, collection, cash flow, and MIS reports
- Support financial close activities and audit documentation
