About the role
First Citizens India is a global capability center supporting banking operations, finance, technology, risk, and related functions. This role supports Enterprise Operations leadership with planning, analysis, governance, executive reporting, and performance management.
What you'll do
- Develop short- and long-term business plans and execution milestones
- Conduct scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, research, and benchmarking
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and strategic communications
- Lead monthly operations business reviews and reporting processes
- Analyze performance, risks, opportunities, and operational trends
- Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
