About the role
BD develops medical technology products and solutions for healthcare. The Senior Quality Engineer supports R&D quality systems, design controls, risk management and quality activities across product development.
What you'll do
- Develop and improve R&D quality systems for design control compliance
- Communicate and train teams on quality policies and principles
- Lead risk management plans, reports and product analyses
- Apply Six Sigma and statistical methods to product quality
- Maintain the Design History File for development projects
- Mentor associate technical staff and provide technical direction
