Senior Recruiter

Zillow is a real estate platform that helps people buy, sell, finance and rent homes. You will recruit technical talent end to end and partner with engineering leaders to source, assess and close candidates.

• Own end-to-end recruiting for engineering and technology roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements and sourcing strategies
• Build pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, networking and talent mapping
• Assess candidates' technical experience, career progression and impact
• Guide interview processes and close senior technical candidates
• Use recruiting data to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring outcomes
