About the role
Palo Alto Networks provides cybersecurity products and post-sales technical support to customers. This engineer will troubleshoot complex network security issues, advise customers, and collaborate with engineering and QA on product quality.
What you'll do
- Resolve complex security issues through troubleshooting and configuration guidance
- Own support cases through root cause analysis and resolution
- Conduct customer reviews and recommend release plans and risk mitigations
- Replicate product defects and collaborate with engineering and QA
- Create technical support bulletins, training materials, and troubleshooting guides
- Travel to customer sites to resolve critical issues
