About the role
NTT DATA provides enterprise technology and consulting services, including AI and digital infrastructure solutions. You will develop ServiceNow AI Control Tower capabilities and integrations for governing AI agents, models and workflows.
What you'll do
- Configure and extend AI Control Tower for enterprise AI governance
- Build AI agents, skills, flow actions and subflows
- Develop integrations with third-party AI platforms
- Manage CMDB and CSDM models for AI assets
- Configure plugins, scopes, dependencies and access controls
- Support AI asset lifecycle, governance policies and quality assurance
