About the role
Palo Alto Networks develops cybersecurity products, including Prisma AIRS and Cloud NGFW. This engineer will resolve complex customer issues, investigate cloud security incidents, and improve troubleshooting automation and supportability.
What you'll do
- Own critical incidents and complex technical issues for Prisma AIRS and Cloud NGFW
- Analyze packet captures, API transactions, routing, and infrastructure logs
- Define supportability, telemetry, and usability requirements with engineering teams
- Create LLM-enabled troubleshooting and remediation workflows
- Build multi-cloud lab environments and validate fixes
- Develop troubleshooting playbooks and deliver advanced technical training
