About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific supports global business operations through its enterprise Document Management Systems portfolio. This senior individual contributor will administer document capture, e-signature, and legacy Notes platforms while driving integrations, automation, modernization, and service reliability.

What you'll do

Configure and support OpenText Captiva workflows, classifications, and integrations
Administer Adobe Sign and DocuSign workflows, templates, and integrations
Maintain Lotus Notes applications and Domino environments
Build API integrations and workflow automation for document routing
Monitor service KPIs, resolve incidents, and drive root-cause analysis
Support platform modernization, compliance, budgets, and vendor coordination
