About the role

NTT DATA provides business technology services, including data and application services. You will design, build, and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics products that support talent and workforce decisions.

What you'll do

Build dashboards, reports, visualizations, and self-service analytics products
Translate business requirements and KPI definitions into analytics outputs
Validate data, reconcile metrics, and help resolve data quality issues
Prototype dashboards and improve their usability and adoption
Support testing, demonstrations, release readiness, and business sign-off
Train users to interpret dashboards and apply analytics methods
