About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific develops scientific products and solutions for research, clinical workflows, and other applications. This technical lead will advise customers on cell analysis workflows through demonstrations, training, troubleshooting, and scientific consultation.

What you'll do

Deliver pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales workflow training
Consult on advanced cell analysis workflows and product applications
Support panel design and assay optimization
Lead seminars, workshops, demonstrations, and trainings
Develop customer education content and workflow applications
Work with collaborators to implement new projects
