About the role
GoKwik provides commerce technology that helps D2C and eCommerce brands improve conversions, retention and customer experience. The Technical Program Manager will lead merchant onboarding programs and develop scalable processes and automation for implementation.
What you'll do
- Own merchant onboarding timelines through go-live
- Gather requirements, define scope and manage changes with merchants
- Drive technical implementation across storefronts, integrations and checkout
- Manage merchant communications, risks, dependencies and blockers
- Build onboarding processes, templates, capacity plans and playbooks
- Identify bottlenecks and automate manual onboarding workflows
