What you'll do
- Design and improve sales enablement programs, playbooks, and resources
- Develop and maintain live, virtual, and asynchronous sales training
- Analyze program effectiveness using seller feedback and performance metrics
- Support adoption and effective use of enablement tools and systems
- Coordinate training and collateral for launches and sales initiatives
- Document enablement procedures and mentor less experienced team members
