About the role
CREW is Swiggy's travel concierge, combining hotel, flight, visa and trip-planning services with human assistance and AI. This person will contract hotels, monitor rate competitiveness and ensure contracted rates become bookable for members.
What you'll do
- Negotiate and close direct hotel contracts across priority markets
- Monitor daily rates against public OTAs and supplier prices
- Benchmark portfolio rates and identify properties for renegotiation
- Coordinate with operations, product and engineering to load contracted rates
- Manage hotel reviews, renewals, billing and settlement issues
- Represent CREW at trade shows, market visits and site inspections
