About the role
Kapture CX provides an enterprise platform for deploying and managing AI agents across customer support and other business workflows. This person will deliver voice bot and chatbot implementations, coordinate integrations, and optimize conversational AI performance.
What you'll do
- Drive projects from discovery through sprint execution, UAT, and go-live
- Translate business needs into scalable solutions with engineering, ML, QA, and client teams
- Lead CRM integration use cases for ticketing, routing, handover, and SLA workflows
- Analyze bot metrics and improve conversation quality and automation outcomes
