Business Devlopment Manager – Automotive SW

NXP Semiconductors develops automotive software and platforms for OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. This role will grow software opportunities, engage customer R&D teams, manage the opportunity pipeline and share market feedback internally.

• Expand NXP’s software footprint at key automotive OEMs
• Build customer relationships with OEM and Tier 1 software teams
• Identify and pursue software platform opportunities
• Lead early-stage evaluations, proofs of concept and design-win pursuits
• Monitor SDV market trends and relay customer feedback
• Enable regional sales teams on the software customer journey
