About the role
CREW is Swiggy’s travel concierge, combining hotel rates, trip planning and travel assistance in one service. This person will contract hotels, monitor rate competitiveness and ensure negotiated rates are live and honored.
What you'll do
- Source and close hotel contracts across priority markets
- Negotiate rates, allocations, cancellation terms and inclusions
- Monitor hotel prices and address rate parity breaks
- Maintain rate benchmarks and pursue renegotiations
- Coordinate with operations, product and engineering to load bookable rates
- Manage hotel accounts and travel for inspections and trade shows
