About the role
Instawork Robotics Labs gathers real-world task data to help robotics and AI companies train foundation models. The trainer will develop and deliver Operations learning programs, onboarding, and training content, then measure their effectiveness.
What you'll do
- Design and deliver learning curricula for Operations teams
- Create onboarding programs for new Operations team members
- Develop training plans and facilitate training sessions
- Measure learner engagement, comprehension, and practical application
